What does return cost?

​You must cover the costs of returning an item yourself if you return it because you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or change, even if the first delivery was free.

Return proces:

Step 1: Go to the Fionity webshop

Step 2: Go the tab About on the Fionity webshop

Step 3: Click return an item

Step 4: Fill in the return form if you want to change for another size or color

Step 5: Print the return label and stick it on the box and bring the box to the drop off point that you have chosen. Don't forget that  

              you need to pay for the shipping cost
